Twenty years working with people in a variety of sectors including; mental health, addictions, education, corrections, and child welfare, has afforded me an accumulation of knowledge and unique vantage point of the human experience. I offer understanding using a collaborative approach that empowers people to make meaningful connections to their truth. Exploration of both internal and external resources, can then be used in combination with new information to cultivate positive, lasting change. Working from a trauma-informed perspective I prioritize establishing safety and trust.
I have obtained a Masters in Social Work and a Specialized Honors in Psychology.
